Brad Elder serves as the CEO and President of Select Title, LLC. Brad completed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. He later earned an M.B.A. from Wayland Baptist University. After completing a law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, and passing the bar in 2006, he and a small group of entrepreneurs began discussions on ways to make the title insurance business better in Texas.
“When I started my first title company, Title One in 2010, I did so with a desire to assemble the brightest minds and most engaged team members in the industry. I also wanted to leverage technology as a tool to allow our team to deliver the most efficient closing process possible. This same desire lives today within Select Title.”
In his personal life, Brad enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, fitness, and being endlessly entertained by his daughter, Lauren, and son Jake.
David Morales serves as a concierge escrow officer for Select Title, LLC. Although his hub is at the Sugar Lands branch office, he travels throughout Fort Bend and Harris Counties covering the entire Houston Metropolitan area.
