David Morales serves as a concierge escrow officer for Select Title, LLC. Although his hub is at the Sugar Lands branch office, he travels throughout Fort Bend and Harris Counties covering the entire Houston Metropolitan area.
Before Select Title, David worked for 40 years in the telecommunications business as an operations manager. His experience in management has taught him the importance of dedication to his clients. “Where people come first” has truly been his way of life. David joined Select Title, LLC in 2020 after working in real estate. Due to the pandemic, he transitioned from real estate into mobile closing for the Select Title branches. This led him to obtain his escrow license and become a fulltime employee. His goal for the concierge program is to rise to a higher level of service for Select Title, LLC.
David was born and raised in Sugar Land and resides in Fort Bend County. He is married to Sabrina, and they have two boys, Zachary and Jacob. On his days off, he most enjoys spending time with his family.
